Once everything was plugged in I looked through all the as-built codes already stored in my modules and checked them against the downloaded as-built info, everything was ok until I did the ABS module all the other codes were correct apart from the last one that was different, so I used the write option and changed the code to match what the downloaded one was. Well I have forscan and on their forum they have a section with a link to the Ford as-built information, I download the as-built for my car using vin number, saved to me laptop and also took screenshots of all the info on my phone. Couple things that may help in reading your as-built data: one, PCM data typically shows up under BCE.
